What Are You Reading Professionally or Personally? Why?

Good morning,

I'm participating in the #Aprilblogaday challenge courtesy of @the_explicator. Today's topic is "What Are You Reading Professionally or Personally? Why?"

I'm reading "Outliers" by Malcolm Gladwell. Malcolm is a great economist and his books (The Tipping Point, Blink) are always filled with personal anecdotes that shed some light on inter-personal relationships. I think it's great reading material because in this book he studies the habits of the super-successful and he wants to find similar patterns of behavior amongst the incredibly successful. Gladwell studies those incredible success stories (The Outliers) and writes down the patterns he notices among the people at the top. The result is a very revealing glimpse into the lives of those celebrities. Personally, I think it's a great read.
